Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Entwicklung von (bestehenden und neuen) Kundenbeziehungen in den Bereichen Fertigung, Lagerung, Transport & Logistik
  • Organisation und Koordination von Kundenmeetings, Produktwerbung, Konferenzteilnahmen, Verkaufskampagnen usw.
  • Account Management bei Großkunden
  • Ausbau und Pflege des Kunden- und Geschäftspartnernetzwerks (aktuelle, neue und potenzielle Kunden)
  • Koordination der Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen
  • Anfertigen von professionellen Angeboten und Durchführen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Ihre Aufgaben reichen von der Analyse und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen bis zur Beratung unterschiedlicher Fachabteilungen (national / international)
  • Team- und abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Sie haben fundierte relevante Berufserfahrung in einem Beratungs-, Dienstleistungs- oder Handelsunternehmen erworben, z.B. als Inhouse-Consultant, Process Manager, Logistik- oder Operations Manager etc.
  • Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss (Uni / FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung in der Softwarevermarktung im B2B.
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe Eigenmotivation und verfolgen Ihre Ziele mit Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsstärke.
  • Sie arbeiten ergebnisorientiert, denken strategisch und sind sehr erfahren im professionellen B2B Bereich in Warehouse oder Logistik.
  • Sie sind gewöhnt, zielorientiert in einem Team zu arbeiten und haben eine positive Einstellung zur Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sie bringen eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke insbesondere beim Präsentieren und Moderieren mit.
  • Erfahrung / Kenntnisse in Software-Implementierungsprojekten und mit IT-Architektur (Schnittstellen, OPC-Anbindung) ist von Vorteil.
  • Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Simulationssoftware während des Studiums oder besser: als Benutzer von Simulationssoftware oder mit Implementierungen von Simulationssoftware
  • Reisebereitschaft und verhandlungssicheres Englisch runden Ihr Profil ab.
