Incontrol Simulation Solutions and PSV have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on March 30, 2009. The goal of the MoU is the development and delivery by Incontrol of an advanced simulation model of the Philips Stadium at Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Purpose of the simulation model is to enable PSV’s management and it’s Safety & Security staff to simulate and investigate high value events like soccer matches and concerts (after season) on visitor’s behavior, visitor’s flows, commercial use, space management,risk analysis and determination of security capacity in a variety of scenario’s.
The 2- and 3D simulation model of the stadium is developed with the use of the advanced Enterprise Dynamics (release 8) simulation in combination with PLATO, Incontrol’s Passenger Logistics Analysis Tool.
After being finished, the use of the model and subsequent experiments is fully executed by PSV staff. For that specific purpose an intelligent & intuitive Graphical User Interface is designed.
