Incontrol is currently modeling the pavilion in both 2d and 3d. Using this simulation model, insight will be created concerning the visitors-flow inside the pavilion. Important issues that will be analyzed are crowdedness, throughput time and the effect of people enjoying the several interactive activities within the individual houses. Also evacuation scenarios will be analyzed in order determine the infrastructure’s capability of handling the constraints of a total evacuation within 4 minutes. With the use of simulation Incontrol assists the designers of the pavilion in making several crucial decisions concerning the infrastructural and functional design.
